Service Overview
Human-Powered Hiring is a fixed-fee recruitment service provided by Better Day Recruitment, designed to help businesses with the support, expertise and results they need to hire the right person without the cost of a full recruitment fee.
Fee and Payment
The fee for Human-Powered Hiring is £1,500 + VAT.
Payment must be made in full before any work commences.
What’s Included
As part of the Human-Powered Hiring service, Better Day Recruitment will:
- Conduct a 30-minute recruitment briefing session to understand your hiring requirements.
- Review and screen candidate CVs against the agreed role criteria.
- Provide a shortlist report outlining the most suitable candidates and the reasons for their selection.
- Conduct an initial 30-minute screening interview with up to three shortlisted candidates.
- Where suitable candidates are not identified through existing channels, create and promote the vacancy through:
- Better Day Recruitment’s website
- Selected job boards determined by Better Day Recruitment
Candidate Suitability
While Better Daya Recruitment will use reasonable assessment and care in assessing candidates, no guarantee is made that a suitable candidate will be identified or appointed through this service.
Upgrade to Full Recruitment Service
If no suitable candidate is identified through the Human-Powered Hiring service, clients may choose to switch to Better Day Recruitment’s standard recruitment service.
The applicable placement fee percentage will be agreed separately at that time.
Should a successful placement subsequently be made through the standard recruitment service, the £1,500 + VAT already paid for Human-Powered Hiring will be deducted from the final recruitment fee.
Sole Agency Agreement
Human-Powered Hiring is delivered on a sole agency basis. By engaging this service, the client agrees not to appoint another recruitment agency for the same vacancy during the agreed assignment period.
Eligibility
Human-Powered Hiring is not available to clients who are already operating under an existing percentage-based recruitment fee agreement with Better Day Recruitment.
Refunds
The Human-Powered Hiring fee is non-refundable once work has commenced.
