Founded by Ceres Jenkins who has over 15 years’ experience of recruiting in the Technology & Digital market. Ceres wanted to offer a service that was more personal and approachable. She has worked with many diverse clients over the years and gained knowledge in a breadth of different areas of technology. She decided to set up Better Days Recruitment to channel her knowledge into making the recruitment process a better experience for both clients and candidates.
