1st Line Support Engineer

Our client is looking for 1st Line IT Desktop/Service Desk Support Engineer to join their busy and growing team. The role is located in East London and you will be based in the London office 4 days a week and the Crawley office, one day a week (this journey is expendable). This may be subject to change in the future.

You will ideally be a Graduate holding an IT related degree and/or completed a CompTia and possess a minimum of one year experience in an IT Support role, this is deskside and service desk. You will be supporting a large number of internal end users across multiple offices, with all 1st line queries using a ticketing system. Helping users to solve technical issues with their computers, hardware and software.

Logging the query that is received by telephone or email onto a ticket system and fixing basic problems according to your experience and then escalating more complex queries to 2nd line. Communicating and updating the user at all times until resolution. Adhering to Service Level Agreements provided by the business.

Oracle PL/SQL Developer

Great permanent opportunity to join a fast-growing business located in the Surrey area as an Oracle PL/SQL Developer. You will be working within a small and friendly team but very much part of a wider Development and Support team.

The role is varied and interesting and you would be instantly working on a large scale and ongoing project that is an industry mandatory requirement.

The role is replacing a very experienced member of staff so requires an experienced Oracle PL/SQL Developer at an Enterprise level. Requiring experience of migrating legacy code and designing new code and interfaces.

We are seeking a Product Specialist Engineer to assist with the implementation and integration and lead to the ongoing development.

The role offers the opportunity to take technical ownership of this product and to assist with the roll out across a diverse international portfolio of digital brands. You will directly influence how the data and audience intelligence shape the user experience and commercial performance. You will become an SME in this field and enjoy sharing your knowledge with other team members and wider technical teams across the business.

Being responsible for configuring, building and enhancing Piano Composer. To include experiences, split tests and experiments to improve engagement, conversion and commercial performance. Designing and implementing structured and multivariate testing strategies and ensuring rigorous test design is carried out, along with clear insight reporting.

Working with client-side web technologies including HTML, CSS and JavaScript, with the ability to de-bug front-end issues. Driving the effective use of native integrations between the different functionalities within the Piano Suite.

Head of Technical Delivery – Fixed Term Contract

An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Head of Delivery within a busy Technology division. The role will be at least, an eight-month fixed term contract, which is to cover maternity leave. Ideally you will be available at either immediate or short notice.

The IT is the centralized IT shared services providing applications, infrastructure, network and desktop support across the company. As part of an ongoing IT Transformation, my client requires a Head of Programme Delivery who will be responsible for: Running the team responsible for Programme Management, Project Management, Software Testing and QA.

The ideal candidate will be a strong leader with demonstrable, strategic experience within the above areas. Ensuring that systems meet the current and planned needs of the business units and corporate systems. Managing, overseeing and dealing with escalations on the technical side of projects.

Run and lead a team of experienced technical individuals and generally keep on top of issues and occurrences across the projects. Producing and presenting a high level of reporting and working closely with systems, Test/QA and technical design teams.

You will be the key escalation point for any issues and will be a great problem solver and logical thinker, with the ability to think and plan. You will possess strong stakeholder management skills and will often be required to attend and report on projects in board and CEO meetings.

This is a highly integral role within the business and a full handover/hand back will take place.

Case Management Developer

My client is expanding their IT team and are looking to recruit an experienced Case Management Developer. This is a brand-new role, and we are looking for someone with demonstrable experience of development and configuration within a new case management system that is being introduced and integrated. This will enable the business to focus on developing and delivering improvements across all departments and all users within applications to maximise operational efficiencies and enhance the client experience.

The project will phase out the old legacy system while introducing and integrating the new one. The Case Management Developer will be the main lead on the technical side of this project, working closely with the wider IT team and engaging and gathering technical requirements from end users. Considering the user journey and not being afraid to ask questions and challenge for functionalities that are requested. The right candidate will become the subject matter expert for the new system and providing ongoing development, support, and future upgrades as and when required.

You will be a fast learner and enjoy learning a new CMS, working closely with the external provider. This is a great role for someone that is already developing and configuring on a CMS and would like a fresh challenge and want to become a lead in your field of expertise.
