My client is looking for a Senior Automation (RPA) Business Analyst to join their team.

This is an exciting role joining the organisation and they continue to focus on process automation and continuous improvement.

The RPA Business Analyst will identify opportunities for process automation, performing discovery, eliciting, analysing, documenting, and agreeing business requirements, ensuring operational initiatives meet the needs of the business before passing to the technical automation team.

You will work collaboratively with the business to drive continuous improvement through automation, process re-engineering and small change initiatives.

Experience of automation technologies is needed as is strong analysis skills and the ability to work with stakeholders across the business.

Skills and experience required;

  • Previous experience of working as a Business Analyst on process automation projects
  • Experience of process improvement
  • Lean Six Sigma certification or equivalent RPA certification
  • Pro-active, ‘can-do’ behaviour and attitude
  • Strong interpersonal relationship building skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines whilst achieving defined targets
  • Ability to interpret a wide range of information and utilise findings for improvements
  • Experience of planning process change, implementation and leading change

Robotics Process Automation Lead

My client has an exciting opportunity for an experienced change and transformation leader to head up their Automation team.

The Robotics Process Automation Lead will be responsible for managing the automation strategy and identifying, managing and delivering Process Automation opportunities across the organisation.

The successful candidate will provide leadership, coaching, analysis and strategic insight for Process Automation, including the design, development, prioritisation, and testing of Robotic Process Automation solutions.

This position works to design and deliver innovative automated solutions that expand process capabilities, improve accuracy, and create efficiencies across the business.

Working closely with stakeholders across the business you will ensure the correct processes and opportunities are identified and subsequently prioritised and made more efficient with minimal manual touch points.

You will need to have a change or transformation background and strong leadership skills to be considered for this role.

Key skills & requirements;

  • Proven experience in identifying, designing, building, and implementing transformation opportunities
  • Defining, owning and presenting team roadmaps and priorities
  • Experience and knowledge of working with business operation processes within a financial environment.

Front-end Developer

Great new permanent opportunity to join a Global Digital Business located in West Sussex as a Front-End Developer.

Joining a small, friendly and supportive team you will be experienced in building and amending websites within a commercial business setting using HTML, CSS and JavaScript. The ideal candidate with have a minimum of one-year solid experience as a Front-End Developer.

This position will place you at the forefront of all of the companies digital work and projects along with the new Digital Experience Platform (DXP) Arc XP. You will help craft cutting edge front-end solutions and become the primary contact for this exciting new technology.

Working across multiple platforms within a fully digital and fast paced environment. Developing cross-browser solutions with a full understanding of responsive design. You would be accountable for the documentation, code management, be the point of reference across the business and see the importance of optimization.

You will have the ability to understand the fundamentals of the code within a business environment and be thoughtful with a high attention to detail. The role will include Web/UX designs and wire frames to code, including responsive and animated elements (responsive navigation and/or on-scroll animations.

You will be creating and executing production-ready code across multiple devices. Testing of your own work and liaising with the testing team for more complect bug fixes. Making improvements and take pride in the presentation of your work, promoting top quality work across the Front-End and UX team.

Skills/experience and attributes required:

  • At least one solid year experience as a Front-End Developer
  • At least one year experience of working with React
  • Experience of working with HTML, CSS and JavaScript
  • A particular good understanding of JavaScript would be of particular interest
  • Experience in repository management with tools such as Bitbucket
  • Experience using animation libraries such as GSAP or Locomotive Scroll
  • An interest using frameworks such jQuery and React
  • An understanding of website design skills and substantial experience using Adobe Suite of Figma
  • Any knowledge or experience of Arc XP is desirable
  • The ability to explain and demonstrate your work to the team, Project Managers, Digital Marketeers and Testers
  • High attention to detail

Junior IT and Technical Support Engineer

This permanent position is a great opportunity to develop your IT career within a Technical and IT Support Team. You will ideally hold a Computer Science degree, or equivalent. You will be providing 1st line Support for internal customers and will also be providing technical application support and troubleshooting problems around the internal/external company platform that runs on SQL.

Working to a ticket system, ensuring all incidents and requests are logged and answered in a timely manner. Always providing outstanding customer service and updating the customer accordingly. Requests will be mainly received through emails, then phone or live chat. Performing basic checks on network devices, connectivity and performance across systems using diagnostic tools. Escalate more technical issues to a more experienced of the team and updating the customer with the status and progress of their query.

You will be given the opportunity to use your current knowledge and experienced gained and to learn a lot of new skills and technical tools and to develop yourself and skills further. In-depth, ongoing training will be provided along with the support of the Team Managers and colleagues.

Skills/Experience/attributes:

  • Degree educated, ideally Computer Science of equivalent
  • Some experience of IT or Technical experience is desirable – around 6 months experience as a minimum
  • Knowledge/experience of Active Directory
  • Knowledge/experience of SQL is highly desirable
  • Knowledge/experience of networks/Jira and ITIL Service Management are all desirable
  • Outstanding customer service experience is essential
