Software Developer (Front end)

Working on full stack development, with a strong emphasis on front end development, identify and fix performance bottlenecks (eg, lazy loading, bundling and code splitting). Optimising web applications for speed, performance and scalability. Front end using React and typescript, HTML5, CSS3 back end is C#.

Participate in agile development processes like sprint planning, stand ups and code reviews. Write unit, integration and end-to-end tests (using Jest and similar framework). Deliver features on time as committed in sprint or project planning. Supporting the Team leader and mentoring of Junior Developers.

Skill/experience and attributes required:

• Minimum of three years’ experience as a Software Developer
• Solid experience of working with web applications is essential
• Experience of React and typescript are essential
• HTML and CSS and Javascript experience are essential
• Experience of working with C# is highly desirable
• Experience of working within an Agile environment
• Experience of Azure Dev Ops
• Unit testing using Jest is essential
• Restful API’s and GIT Version control are essential
• Strong problem solver with a high attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills verbally and written
• Enjoys working collaboratively as part of team and comfortable working on own initiative
• Happy and enjoys sharing technical knowledge with team members and junior members of the team
